The stages of implementation:
Step 1: Customizing the lantern
Create a lantern “skirt” using crepe paper.
Step 2: Making the paper fringes
Take another sheet of white crepe paper and cut out several regular strips, then make fringes on the edge of the paper.
Step 3: Decorating the piñata
Glue the strips of paper onto the “skirt” of the lantern.
Step 4: Creating the Ghost Face
Using the black and pink Canson paper, draw the ghost's eyes and mouth, then cut them out and glue them onto the piñata.
Step 5: Fill the piñata
Fill the piñata using Pierrot Gourmand lollipops.
