All Pierrot Gourmand products are manufactured and packaged on our site in Corrèze (19). They are shipped via our logistics platform in Lot (46).

My product has passed its best before date, can I safely consume it?

A DMD (Date of Minimum Durability) is an indicative date. Once this date has passed, the product may lose its organoleptic qualities (texture, flavor, appearance), but is not dangerous for the consumer. These products do not pose any risk to your health

Do you want to modify or cancel your order?

Once your order has been placed, we are unable to cancel or modify it. In fact, the products are quickly prepared in order to guarantee the shortest processing times.

In the event of an error, we invite you to apply your legal withdrawal period upon receipt of your order, and to return it to us with this withdrawal form completed and signed, within 14 days for refund.

Your order is prepared with the greatest care in our workshops. As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number of your package. You can also log in at any time to your Customer account, under "My Orders" and click on the link "Track my order".

When finalizing your order, you can choose from 3 delivery methods:

  • Colissimo relay points:
    Delivery of your package against signature and upon presentation of proof of identity. Delivery time: 2 to 5 working days from dispatch. Price: €5.95 Delivery is free for purchases over €40. Metropolitan France, Corsica and Monaco included.
  • Colissimo at home:
    Smaller packages can be placed in your mailbox. Delivery time: 2 to 5 working days from dispatch. Price: €5.95 Delivery is free for purchases over €40. Metropolitan France, Corsica and Monaco included.
  • Chronopost
    Your package is delivered in person and against signature. Delivery time: 1 to 2 working days from dispatch. Price: 12 €

Metropolitan France, excluding Corsica and difficult-to-access areas defined by Chronopost.

Surcharge Corsica: + 19.60€

Additional cost for hard-to-reach areas: + €5

Additional cost for delivery on Saturday: +6€ if order placed on the site before Friday 10am.

The delivery time applies from the sending of the shipping confirmation email for your order.

What are the reimbursement deadlines and methods?

Upon receipt of your package by our services, the refund will be made within 14 days using the payment method used for the initial purchase.

We inform you that the initial delivery costs are refunded (in the case of the return of an entire order) and that all products must be returned in their original packaging.
