DIY - FISHING GAME FOR A BIRTHDAY

On the occasion of a birthday, an afternoon with friends or a school fair, Pierrot Gourmand invites you to carry out a fun and eco-responsible creative activity to play indoors and outdoors. Discover step by step how to upcycle yogurt pots by creating a fishing game.

A few colorful yogurt pots and a lot of imagination will be enough to create children's favorite game that they can use on their last day of school before the summer holidays.

The list of equipment:

  • Yogurt pots

  • Metal ties (or wire)

  • Eye, mouth and nose shaped stickers

  • Black felt

  • Wooden rods

  • String

  • Hot glue

  • Trombones

The stages of implementation:

Step 1: Making the fishing rod

Wrap a piece of string around the wooden rod using hot glue. At the end of the string, attach a paper clip that will serve as a hook to collect as many yogurt pots as possible.

Step 2: Creating the envelope

Using a metal clip, pierce the yogurt pot. Make sure to leave enough space between the pot and the clip so that you can catch it with the fishing rod.

To decorate the yogurt pots and create characters, let your imagination run wild. With mouth and eye stickers, or using a black felt-tip pen, personalize the yogurt pots as you wish!

Fer de lance lollipops Fresh milk caramel or ball lollipops with the taste of cola, strawberry, lemon, apple or grenadine, but also candy  with dreamlike shapes of stars, clouds, rabbits and even butterflies: the choice is yours!

This upcycled fishing game is sure to delight every child attending the birthday party you have organized.
